Antoni Domènech (Móra d’Ebre, Catalunya, 1993) is graduated in Geography and Territorial Planning (2015, URV), and Master in Territorial Analysis and Management (2016, URV and UGR). In both cases he received the excellence award of the promotion. He also was awarded with the prize «Jordi Amorós» (2016) from the College of Geographers of Catalonia to the best end of bachelor project, and the prize «Lluís Casassas i Simó» from the Catalan Geography Society to the best master’s thesis (2017).

 
Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the URV, with a scholarship granted by the Ministry of Education in the framework of the university teacher training program (Formación de Profesorado Universitario). His thesis, directed by Dr. Anton Clavé and Dr. Gutiérrez, deals with the use of new technologies applied to analyze the mobility of people in tourism destinations and its application in the promotion of policies of sustainable mobility. He is the author of several communications in congresses and publications in international journals on mobility and public transport and other urban studies.
